(The Columbus Dispatch, August 8) Eight months after announcing the state's biggest economic development project, Intel, with help from President Biden, is ready to break ground on the $20 billion project.Ceremonies are set to begin at 10:45 a.m. Friday at the New Albany site in Licking County and figure to last into the afternoon.Biden is expected to talk about rebuilding American manufacturing through the recently enacted CHIPS and Science Act that provides subsidies and tax benefits to companies that build and design semiconductors in the U.S.
